Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and EazyRoam, operated by VIRE ENTTERGLOBE PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing access to and use of our website, mobile applications, digital eSIM services, and related products offered in India and internationally.
By accessing, browsing, or using our platform or purchasing any eSIM product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
“EazyRoam” / “Company” refers to VIRE ENTTERGLOBE PRIVATE LIMITED, the owner and operator of the EazyRoam platform.
“Services” refer to all eSIM-related products, technical support, digital services, and tools provided on the EazyRoam platform.
“User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Services.
“Device” means a smartphone or tablet with eSIM capability.
“HDFC ForexPlus Card” refers to foreign exchange prepaid cards issued by HDFC Bank and supported as a payment method on our platform.
“Third-Party Providers” refer to telecom carriers, payment gateways, financial institutions, and other service partners.
2. Eligibility
To access or use the Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are an Indian resident or Indian passport holder.
- You possess a compatible eSIM-enabled device.
- You will use the Services solely for legitimate travel and communication purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion if eligibility criteria are not met.
3. Scope of Services
EazyRoam provides:
- International travel eSIM plans across partner networks in multiple countries.
- Digital delivery of eSIM profiles via QR code, SM-DP+ address, or app-based installation.
- Customer support for activation, configuration, and service usage.
Service availability, speed, and coverage are subject to local telecom networks and roaming partnerships. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
4. Device Compatibility & User Responsibility
- Users must ensure their device is unlocked and eSIM compatible.
- Compatibility varies by model and region; EazyRoam is not responsible for device restrictions, OS limitations, or manufacturer policies.
- The User is responsible for verifying compatibility before purchasing any eSIM plan.
5. Ordering & Activation
- Orders are processed digitally upon payment confirmation.
- eSIMs are delivered instantly via email, web dashboard, or in-app delivery.
- Activation timelines depend on the destination country and partner network.
- Users are responsible for following the installation instructions accurately.
Failure to install the eSIM correctly is not considered a service failure.
6. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices are displayed in Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payments may be made via Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, HDFC ForexPlus Cards, and other payment gateways integrated on the platform.
- Additional charges such as taxes, fees, or currency conversion rates may apply depending on your payment method or financial institution.
- We reserve the right to revise pricing, suspend discounts, or modify service offerings without prior notice.
7. Use of HDFC ForexPlus Card
Where applicable:
- Limited transactional data may be shared with HDFC Bank solely for payment processing and offer validation.
- EazyRoam is not responsible for card declines, limit issues, processing delays, or Forex compliance requirements.
- Refunds to Forex Cards follow HDFC’s settlement policies.
8. Refund, Cancellation & Change Policy
Because eSIMs are digital, unique, and instantly delivered:
- All eSIM sales are final and non-refundable.
- Once an eSIM is issued, scanned, or activated—even partially—it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds are considered only in the rare case where:
- The eSIM cannot be activated due to a proven technical issue on EazyRoam’s side, and
- Activation failure is validated by our technical team.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Incorrect device compatibility
- Misconfiguration by the user
- Network issues in the destination country
- Change of travel plan or delays
- Inability to use data due to local restrictions (e.g., VPN blocks)
All decisions by EazyRoam on refund cases are final.
9. User Conduct & Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialize eSIMs without written authorization
- Tamper with QR codes, SM-DP+ details, or activation systems
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Interfere with or attempt to breach the platform’s security
Unauthorised usage may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the EazyRoam platform—including trademarks, logos, text, design elements, software code, and digital assets—is the exclusive property of EazyRoam and protected under Indian copyright laws.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or repurpose any content without written consent.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- Network performance is dependent on foreign telecom providers; we do not guarantee coverage, speed, or uptime.
- EazyRoam is not responsible for connectivity issues, device restrictions, signal fluctuations, or failures caused by third-party networks.
- Forex payment and card-related operations are governed exclusively by HDFC Bank.
12. Limitation of Liability
EazyRoam shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of connectivity, travel disruptions, business loss, or missed communications
- Failures arising from third-party carriers, payment gateways, or banking partners
- Incorrect installation or misuse by the User
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User for the specific eSIM purchase.
13. Data Protection & Privacy
Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber threats.
14. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if:
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is suspected
- The User violates these Terms
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
No refunds will be provided upon termination due to violation.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Telecom outages
- Payment network failures
- Regulatory restrictions
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
