How do I install and activate the eSIM on my device?

How does eSIM activation work?
After purchasing a data package on the app, activate it when connected to Wi-Fi. If you are purchasing an eSIM for a country you will not be visiting in the near future, you may install it. However, your eSIM will automatically activate upon arrival.

If my eSIM activation QR code won't work, what do I do?
Your eSIM could already be installed if the QR code is not working. Just check its status in your phone's settings.

How do I confirm my eSIM was installed?
On iOS: You would go to the Settings app and tap Mobile Service, checking on the SIMs section where you should be able to see your eSIM plan.
On Android: You should be able to locate your eSIM plan from Settings > Mobile Network > SIM Management.

How can I fix internet access using my eSIM?
Check the Access Point Name settings. There might be an APN issue that wasn't auto-configured as part of installing the eSIM.
